My Grandma purchased this property in 2012 When she moved from Buckinghamshire to be closer to family, she chose it as it was close to local amenities including the Doctors surgery and had the bus stop outside giving her easy access to Solihull town centre. The other residents in St Francis lodge made the transition to a new location so much easier and she made some great friendships, the residents regularly get together and there are numerous activities to participate in if you wish to do so. 

The apartment itself is on the first floor and is located by the lift which is really handy, it has a nice outlook to the front of the building and is great for watching the world go by! The rooms have good proportions and are manageable to keep on top of. We were also reassured as a family with the security of the building and the fact it had a care line installed, this system when used would either contact us or healthcare professionals if required in an emergency which is great for peace of mind.
